I have been visiting Scarsdale for approximately 2 years now after both my dogs have been referred by my usual vet. If I lived nearer i would certainly use them as my normal vet. The care and service given by ALL members of staff are second to none and I have nothing but praise for the medical teams who are there to advise, discuss and reassure you as the owner of an ill pet regardless of the time or the question.
Outstanding staff, outstanding service, outstanding vets - would strongly recommend

Vets go above and beyond, you will see different vets, but if you ask you can see the same vet who will see through what problem you have, large shop for all animal produce and toys, toilet, grass outside for animals, free drinks whilst in the waiting area, animal resort connected to the vets, which is wonderful and I always use it when we go on holiday, they have special offers on, and often run, special evenings and raffles to help selected charities.

My friends always take their two ginger cats to Pride and we have visited them there while they r away.We have always been impressed by the lovely members of staff who make us feel so welcome. All the cats r in spotlessly clean areas and this year I took my cat there and she was very happy and so was I she had plenty of room and the staff looked after her as though she was their own.I will not take her anywhere else as she has medical problems and there is a vet on call 24/7 so my mind was at ease when I was away.An excellent place with a reputation second to none well worth a visit.

Our Miniature Dauschund has hydrotherapy sessions here as part of her spinal surgery recovery plan. The staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. Sessions are always on time and the facilities are great. Though we have not yet used the veterinary services, we did register after starting hydrotherapy as we were so happy with the service. There is also ample free parking on-site.

This is my regular vet and we have lots of animals and quite a variety too, but recently one of dogs was taken very ill and rushed in to the hospital. Seamus was excellent, gave us the information we needed and provided what reassurance he could, he kept in touch throughout the night and through the next few nights too. Hevre carried out the surgery and was also very good the surgery was superb. Amy and other nurses were caring and helpful. I did feel that communication could have been better and the cost was high but I bought up my issues after the event and felt that they were taken seriously which I appreciated. The surroundings are second to none but of course there is a cost implication to this. I have no doubt that any animal in their care would be given the best chance and care an animal could have but you do need to be prepared to pay for this outstanding care. I would definitely use them in the future but would discuss costs of anything extensive beforehand just to be aware of this and prepare myself. My dog is now doing amazing well and fitter than she has been a long time.
