Another poor showing for Inverness. Picked up from the airport and the guy was rather rude and dismissive but quick to take our money , plus the other drivers said a different price to what he charged us so obviously we got ripped off. In all my years I've never had a more miserable taxi driver in all my life, the irony is when we went back we went with a different company from the town and the guy was a lot nicer so it shows that there's no exscuse for such a poor attitude.

At the end of a rubbish day I was very grateful to the lovely Julie for getting me home safe and sound despite having to take a massive detour after an accident closed the road. Great banter and fab at 60 point turns too! :)

Extremely poor service. Turned up late. Very rude dispatcher. Kevin Clark who owns the firm needs to work on customer service.
