We stay here every time we come to Birmingham and haven't got anything bad to say about it. They have just carried out some painting and other little updates but the bathrooms could do with a refurb. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. A nice touch of the staff was to leave a birthday card and chocolates in the room for me when they noticed it was my birthday.

Location is good, bit a slight pain at rush hour as understandably it gets busy at rush hours. Rooms are nice, clean, beds are nice. Hairdryer is not very good, but didn't expect it to be. Shower has good pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful, no complaints from me

Lovely rooms, very clean and to a high standard. Good price room and available for when we needed! Good location too.

A Premier Inn like many others, which is a good thing. Clean, quiet, big TV on the wall, friendly staff. Free car parking. There's building work going on but the only disruption is the closure of the restaurant and I was warned about that when I booked.

Comfortable as always. Another great nights sleep before a long journey.
Welcoming and helpful staff and a good breakfast to set us up for the day.
