The system is archaic. Their on-line help is non-existent. Where other systems offer forms on-line access instantly, we have to request forms through CTPF and wait! And wait!....

I have spoken with 3 people today after submitting my application for a refund over 10 weeks ago. Leaving the fund has been an infuriating and misleading process. I wish there were other retirement options available for public school educators.
