Advance Rent-a-Car

I rented a car form there last week. (Hyundai Sonata push start)
Drove it to Orlando, and other area. Car ran okay not excellent for day and half. That Saturday early evening it started shaking, and completely shut down on a full tank of gas. Sitting at a red light in the middle of a major intersection on I drive. The police helped me push it out the way. Called the guy and explained to him what happened. I actually had to sit there over an hour waiting for him to come from Tampa. He tried to start it. Still didn't start. Had to switch out car. Smh. Just drove back to the hotel and stayed there on a SATURDAY NIGHT So afraid of the exchange car breaking down also. Won't be renting from them ANYMORE. WILL go to ENTERPRISE Across the street Or ELSEWHERE.

This company is a rip off i paid a 200.00 deposit and they refuse to give me my deposit back iam a working mother of 3 i just dont have 200.00 dollars to give to someone i can understand the 50.00 for that day that i returned the car but just to give them 150.00 no way complete rip off then they dont give receipts the guy gave me a receipt one time. Then when i asked for my receipt the guy says no we have already rented the car.. Not only that when i first got the car the tires were messed up i almost ranned off of I4 on the way to work. When i told the guy he took it to some shop and they patched it up the next morning the car did the samething i asked for a new car the guy kept saying we dont have anything the car was dirty with 🚬 burns all on the visior the windshield had a huge crack in it then he tried to say there were ashes in the car umm sir i dont even smoke...he had to put those ashes there becuase not only do i not smoke i assured that the car was clean before i returned it The guy was very nasty and rude he pretended to call the cops becuase i said i wasnt leaving until i got my deposit uh the cops never came.... I had to call the cops myself then he tried to lock me in his hotbox office.... .. Man i can go on and on its so much to this story and its not the end DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE COMPLETE RIP OFFS NOT ONLY THAT THEY RENT OUT UNSAFE CARS THAT SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ON THE ROAD... he put the chevy impala or the dodge in front of the gate so he can get business. Then he charges 100.00 dollars a day for either one of those why pay that much when you can go to enterprise and get it alot cheaper.. Don't go by the few good reviews he has because these ppl has to be ppl he know. This place should not even be in business. I give this company 0 stars.

I like the idea of paying for my rental with cash because I don't have a credit card. Ask for Gun smoke. He is really cool
