WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I went through the drive through and asked for the #1 fish and asked for baked basa and the cashier gave me such a hard time that there is no baked fish when I've gone plenty of times so I finally said 'grilled'. Then, I asked for fries to be substituted for ONLY rice and they still gave rice and beans. I asked for Dr pepper and the cashier kept saying they don't have it but you can assume I am referring to Dr pib. How ridiculous! Then I asked for Cajun sauce which is hot sauce and she says they don't have it. I had to get out of my car to go inside to get it and when I asked politely, the cashier just shook her head at me. This is the worst customer service or salems I've been too. I cannot believe they would hire such individuals to work in a CUSTOMER SERVICE TYPE job. If you aren't happy at your job, you should not work there!!!

The service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was clean and the fried shrimp was great.

Penny is really nice and my family loves when she's at the register but sadly we've had a bit of trouble with several other staff members. They seem to not care about the customers or their needs. The orders have been messed up and the wait has been longer than necessary a few times. I'd love to see much better service in the future.

Penny is awesome and really cares about the guests/customers!She is genuine,friendly and ALWAYS has a smile on her face!!! She is definitely an asset to this company this is why i rate it 5 stars! Penny is your 5 stars!! She deserves and needs to be a manager! The other workers can DEFINITELY learn something from her! She is overlooked!!!!!!
