I am writing to thank all staff and personnel for hosting such an amazing reception: Safi, Ornela, Sajimir and Alde, staff at breakfast, and management team at the MonarC hotel for your super hospitality and service during my recent stay in Albania. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided to me by MonarC. I was fortunate enough to stay at your hotel. Hotel was very clean; staff was amazing and very attentive, checked on me multiple times to ensure I was having an enjoyable stay.
