Awesome place. The doctor is really great and advises you on diet, exercise as well as do's and don'ts of day to day life. This has helped me quite a bit. Reduced almost 8 kgs.

5osense has never ever disappointed me till date. It has proved to be a boon especially for obesity management program. My stagnant weight finally went down because of Dr Varada. Apart from that the therapies like Udwartan, face clean up has worked wonders on me!

Plz it's my humble request to keep heater in all rooms in winter season. While doing body scrub n body wrap plus other services coz it's cold as it's on ground floor its way too cold. I m now unwell after the service instead of enjoying the service bought I'm regretting my decision to go there.Its New Year's time and I'm sick badly.

I had recently visited this spa in Aundh (Pune) for a Herbal massage and for Ayurvedic treatment for my hair. The results are amazing! I have really started believing in Ayurveda and natural spa treatments now..
Even the ambience of this spa is beautiful and soothing and the staff is very friendly!
